Site Hunting
To find candidates sites ( Based on Search Area provided by Customer ) which may suitable for BTS/BSC, Transmission Networks and intended RF coverage. This service also carryout the preliminary Site Acquisition to identify the candidate sites being able to negotiate a site lease.
RF Survey
Identify and understand intended coverage based on network planning. Identify RF obstacles, coverage area of cell site, antenna type, placement, direction and tilting.
Transmission LOS Survey
To determine the antenna height arrangement of microwave radio transmission with consideration ; suitable placement of antenna & equipments, and all aspects required from transmission network planning such as existing system, configuration and capacity.
Site Acquisition
For selecting site candidates ,our site acquisition will have smart negotiation with land owner to reach the budget target for land/building lease or purchase. Our site acquisition team having knowledge for legal document assessments, obtaining IMB ,and problem solving for community issue and other problem related with site acquisition.
Site Engineering
To determine all aspects required for installation work such as ;site layout, equipment floor layout, antenna poles mounting, cable support routing, source and routing for electrical source, system interface point and grounding connection. Following the site activities, the Installation Documentation will be produced which is consist of ; Plant Specifications and Installation Drawing.

Radio Network Implementation

Initial RF Tuning /Optimization
PT.TENC Indonesia also has capabilities to measure the coverage services and confirming that the system configuration provides sufficient coverage. With trained engineers who also familiar with equipment vendors’ we are able to carryout optimization works beginning Drive Test/Collect Data, Coverage Analysis, Handover Analysis, Identifies Dropped Calls and Call Failure Cause, Data post proceed with graphical presentation in Map Info including Adjusting works for antenna tilting, direction and change antenna height to meet the intend coverage.
